Healthy Sugar-Free Coconut Sweets


Ingredients

One egg

Three dried prunes

A hint of almonds, peeled & sliced

Crushed coconut

Paper cups


Directions

Beat the egg well

Cut prunes into small pieces then add to the egg

Add almonds

Add coconut gradually and stir until components hold together

Distribute the mixture in paper cups by a spoon, press lightly to hold

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree until golden brown
